Does anyone have any good recipes for Curry?

I went to England with my grandmother for several years, and we ate chicken curry Indian resturant.I and almonds on the rice. I've never tasted anything like it since. It wonderful.Thanks ideas.

Almond Chicken Apricot curry with 4 servings 1 / 3 cup almonds 12 apricots (3 ounces) of boiling water 1 1 / 2 tablespoons oil Plant Four 6-ounce skinless breast halves, boneless chicken salt and freshly ground pepper 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 large onion, finely chopped 1 1 / 2 tablespoons curry powder 1 / 4 c. Tea cayenne pepper 2 cups chicken broth or low-sodium broth 2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt with low fat 2 onions, sliced diagonally in a food processor, grind almonds to powder. In a small heat-resistant bowl, soak the apricots in boiling water until plump, 20 minutes, drain. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large nonstick skillet. Add the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook over medium-high heat until browned, about 3 minutes per side. Transfer to a large platter. Add ginger, garlic, onion and 1 / 2 tablespoon oil to skillet and let simmer, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 10 minutes. Add curry powder and pepper and cook, stirring, till fragrant about 3 minutes. Add ground almonds and chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Return chicken breasts to skillet and add the apricots. Boil slowly until chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes. Transfer the chicken to a platter. Boil the sauce over medium heat until thickened, about 8 minutes. Add the yogurt and season with salt and pepper. Pour sauce over chicken, scatter the scallions on top and serve.
